GermanPro Mail 0.6.1 beta is a Windows desktop client available as a Portable ZIP. Free is limited to 3 active accounts; online Pro activation works after confirmed payment. Beta availability does not imply OpenAI or Anthropic partnership.

Free and Pro
Free: up to 3 active accounts. Pro: EUR 29 per year or EUR 2.90 per month, one user on up to 2 active computers and unlimited active accounts. Request Pro sends an enquiry; an operator verifies payment and issues or extends the key. Automated checkout and a Pro trial are not enabled. Final terms and applicable taxes are stated before payment.
Your providers
Existing email accounts and compatible server access are required. AI services, subscriptions and API usage are separate from the mail-client price.
Responsible use
Use only accounts you are authorized to access. Review recipients, content and attachments before sending, and AI permissions before connecting. Keep separate copies of important mail and check backup results.
Further development
Google/Microsoft OAuth, public authenticated MCP, automated checkout, contacts, rules and rich HTML composition are not finished. The online licensing service is enabled; mobile AI connections require separate setup.

Before confirming manual Pro payment, we provide license terms, seller details and relevant support, cancellation and applicable refund terms. Download buttons charge nothing; Request Pro sends an enquiry and does not start an automatic subscription.
Free Portable: getting started
- Download the complete ZIP and choose Extract All.
- Keep the complete folder in a writable location.
- Open GermanPro-Mail.exe, not directly inside the ZIP.
- Add your IMAP/SMTP accounts in Accounts.
Free allows up to 3 active accounts. Pro gives one user unlimited active accounts on up to two computers: EUR 29 per year or EUR 2.90 per month. Request Pro sends an enquiry; an operator arranges and confirms payment, then issues or extends the key. Checkout, automatic billing and a Pro trial are not enabled.
The paid period is separate from seven-day verification
The paid month or year determines the end of your Pro period. The online service issues a signed authorization tied to your device, valid for at most 7 days and never beyond the paid period. Technical authorization renewal is not a new purchase: extending the paid period requires confirmed payment. Offline authorization cannot be extended; a valid authorization works until its expiry.
After expiry the Free limit of 3 active accounts applies. Saved profiles and caches remain; reactivate other accounts when Pro is renewed. Updates remain available to Free users too.
Signing and Windows requirements
Python and dependencies are included. Windows 10/11 x64; the launcher uses .NET Framework 4.x, normally included in Windows. The EXE is not Windows Authenticode-signed. Check the published ZIP SHA-256; signed update metadata is not a replacement for a Windows publisher certificate. Do not disable antivirus if Windows blocks startup.
