Reply and keep copies
Reply All, To/Cc/Bcc and forwarding the original email as an attachment. Export EML with attachments or readable TXT/HTML. Print opens a preview for printing or saving as PDF.
Move your accounts
Backup/Restore transfers accounts and credentials without re-entering every mailbox password. Choose AES-256 protection with one backup password or an unprotected file you must store securely.
Keep it working in the background
Tray controls, notifications and automatic checks every 15 minutes with an adjustable interval. Deleted messages move to Trash; while the client runs, retention is 30 days from their first local observation there.

A private ChatGPT tunnel can let you request a review or draft from a supported ChatGPT application while the local connector runs on your computer.
This illustrates the connection, not an active mobile feature of the GermanPro beta. It requires a configured private tunnel, compatible OpenAI account/workspace and a running PC. Claude connectivity in this release is local to Desktop; remote Claude access is planned.

Read-only access is enabled by default. Optional send and move requests wait for actual review in the desktop client.
Clear data handling
Requested content may be processed by your AI provider. Local mail caches and the request queue are not separately encrypted; protect your Windows account and disk.

Online license activation and renewal are available. Automated checkout is not enabled: send a Request Pro enquiry, arrange payment and activate the key after payment is confirmed. A Pro trial is not enabled.
Your existing email accounts.
Gmail / Workspace, Yahoo, Fastmail, Zoho and business domains through IMAP/SMTP. Gmail currently needs an app password where the account permits one. One-click Google/Microsoft OAuth is not implemented.
A license that follows your paid period.
Pro is EUR 29 per year or EUR 2.90 per month, for one user on up to two computers. Free supports three active accounts; Pro unlocks unlimited active accounts.
Activation
Enter your confirmed Pro key in Settings → License. The online HTTPS service issues a signed authorization tied to your device.
Paid period and verification
An annual or monthly renewal extends the paid period after payment is confirmed. Technical online verification renews the signed authorization for at most 7 days, never beyond that paid period; it is not a new charge or subscription.
Working offline
A valid authorization works until its expiry. Without internet it cannot be extended. After expiry the Free limit of 3 active accounts applies; saved profiles and caches remain. Updates are available to Free users too.
Checkout and automatic billing are not enabled. Payment is arranged and verified manually before a key is issued or extended.

The EXE is not Windows Authenticode-signed. The published SHA-256 checks the ZIP; signed update metadata does not replace a Windows publisher certificate. Do not disable antivirus if Windows or company policy blocks startup. The launcher uses .NET Framework 4.x, normally included with Windows 10/11. Use Backup/Restore for another PC. Pro payment is arranged by contacting us; downloading starts no charge or subscription.
